At Vorxenorax, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We stand behind the quality of every print job we produce and are committed to ensuring that you are completely happy with your order. Because printing is inherently a custom manufacturing process, our return and reprint policies are designed to be fair, transparent, and responsive to your needs.

We understand that issues can occasionally arise, and we want to make the resolution process as smooth and straightforward as possible. This Return Policy outlines the circumstances under which we offer reprints, refunds, or other remedies, as well as the procedures for submitting a return or complaint.

2. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of all printing produced by Vorxenorax. If your order does not meet our published quality standards due to a production error on our part, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

  • A full reprint of the affected items at no additional cost to you
  • A partial or full refund of the purchase price for the defective items
  • A credit toward a future order of equal or greater value

Our quality guarantee covers defects in printing quality, including but not limited to incorrect colors, smudging, misalignment, wrong paper stock, incorrect quantity, and finishing defects that are attributable to our production process.

3. Conditions for Returns and Reprints

To be eligible for a return, reprint, or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must notify us of the issue within seven (7) business days of receiving your order
  • You must provide clear photographs or samples demonstrating the quality issue
  • The issue must be a result of our production process, not the design file or specifications provided by you
  • The original order must not have been already used, distributed, or otherwise consumed in its entirety

We reserve the right to request the return of defective products for inspection before approving a reprint or refund. Return shipping for defective items will be at our expense.

4. Exclusions from Returns

Due to the custom nature of printed products, returns are generally not accepted for the following reasons:

  • Errors in customer-supplied artwork, text, or design files that were present in the approved proof
  • Color variations that fall within standard industry tolerance levels (typically plus or minus 10% from the digital proof)
  • Differences between on-screen colors and printed colors due to the inherent differences between digital displays and physical printing processes
  • Orders that were approved by the customer through our proofing process and printed according to the approved specifications
  • Dissatisfaction with a product that meets the specifications and quality standards outlined in the order confirmation
  • Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or use after delivery
  • Orders placed more than 30 days ago that are only now being reported as defective

5. Proof Approval Responsibility

Before production begins, we provide a digital proof for your review and approval. This proof is your opportunity to verify all content, including text, images, colors, layout, and overall design. By approving the proof, you confirm that all elements are correct and authorize us to proceed with production.

Vorxenorax is not responsible for errors that are present in an approved proof. We strongly recommend that you carefully review every detail of the proof, including checking for typographical errors, image placement, color accuracy, and any other specifications. If you notice any issues with the proof, please contact us immediately before approving production.

If you are uncertain about how a specific color or material will look in the final printed product, we encourage you to request a physical sample or test print. This small investment can help prevent potential issues with larger orders.

6. How to Request a Return or Reprint

If you believe your order qualifies for a return, reprint, or refund, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the defect
  • Our quality assurance team will review your request and respond within two (2) business days
  • If approved, we will arrange for a reprint, refund, or credit as appropriate
  • Reprints will be produced and delivered using the same specifications and shipping method as the original order

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. Refunds for orders paid by credit card will be credited back to the original card. Refunds for orders paid by other methods will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Partial refunds may be issued when only a portion of the order is affected by a quality issue. The refund amount will be proportional to the defective portion of the order.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled free of charge if the cancellation request is received before the proof has been approved and production has started. Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible, or a cancellation fee may apply to cover materials and labor costs already incurred.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please document the damage with photographs and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and arrange for a replacement order at no additional cost to you. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items until the claim has been resolved.

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package. If the package cannot be located within a reasonable timeframe, we will reprint and reship your order at our expense.

10. Disputes and Resolution

We are committed to resolving any disputes fairly and promptly. If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution offered, you may escalate your concern by requesting a review from our management team. We believe in open communication and will work with you to find a mutually acceptable resolution.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
